These words by Franklin Roosevelt perfectly describe our aim. We have to always think about the future. Education provides us knowledge of our society and environment, and hones our skills to change them for better. Beyond providing a sound education, we wish to provide our students a holistic learning experience. We have realized that the future is abstract and unknown and youth today is more puzzled and confused due to the present pandemic Covid 19, which has made things worst and uncertain. But one has to move on; however difficult the time may be.
Education today is not the process of gaining information. Any willing person can have access to immense data information now days through different websites and e based platforms. But can information be transformed into knowledge without education? Only education can train us to interpret different issues and events in our lives. We can learn not only through text books and the lessons, but from our teachers, gurus and mentors who guide us on how to read these books, through hands on training and experiences.
I am very happy to see the works of the students through their writings and most of the articles are based on the pandemic Corona virus, which shows that they are all well aware of the prevailing situations and conditions prevalent in the society and thereby the nation. We support the students in achieving their golden ambitions and also assure of a fruitful and meaningful college life.
Dear students “You are the nation Builders.” You are the masters of technology. You are the agents of change. The whole purpose of education is to “turn mirrors into windows”. Education is the fountain head of growth progress and development in any part of the world. Its contribution has been responsible for the upliftment of the society in shaping the moral fiber of the student community and contributing to the nation’s well being by producing the bright minds of tomorrow. It is inculcating the best in every field of knowledge in a more purposeful manner. Our institution is providing all round, relevant and comprehensive education to students in an environment that impresses upon the ethics, values and mutual respect. In order to meet the challenges of life our institute is providing the best to march forward meticulously with goals for the all round development of the students. So Dear students instead of swimming with the tide like a dead fish create your own waves and shine like the stars.
The achievement of the institute could not have been possible without the support of our well wishers. I take this opportunity to thank the staff to have given a concrete shape to this issue of the magazine. The magazine presents the dreams aspirations, thoughts and reflections of the students. These pages are the reflection of these inherent creative talents of the students, which portrays a beautiful vision depicting their emotions and perceptions. We also thank the management of the trust, all our friends and well wishers of the college. As the Principal of the college I anticipate full participation and cooperation to make it possible to transform the dreams into reality.
